Get started in a few minutes
Your shop is ready to work almost immediately — there is nothing to install, you just sign in from any browser.
- Sign in with the account created for your shop.
- Open the side menu (top-left) to reach every area of the app.
- In Admin, set your shop name, logo and contact details.
- Customise your invoice template (labels, language, legal text).
- You're ready — register your first repair from “New intake”.

The repair lifecycle
Every repair moves through clear stages, and the visual workboard (Kanban) shows the whole workshop at a glance.
- New intake: record the customer, the device (model, IMEI), the reported fault and a price estimate.
- The repair appears on the board under “Received”.
- Move it through “In progress” and “Awaiting parts” as you work.
- Mark it “Completed” when it's fixed and tested — ready for pickup.
- Close the repair when the customer collects it (status “Delivered”).
- Use the repair workbench and “Devices ready” to manage daily work.

Keeping the customer informed
The customer never has to call to ask “is it ready?” — you send them updates, and they can check the status for themselves.
